Conference room at Hotel am Parkring
Should you decide not to compile your arrangement from our modules, we can do the work for you and offer the special rates for our pre-arranged packages.
Please notice the minimum consumption for our conference room, independent from whole day or half day use of the conference room:

If the above quotated minimum consumption is not reached, the difference to the food & beverage consumptions will be charged as room rental fee.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the conference - no charge
- Cancellation 02 - 04 weeks before the conference - 50 % of the reserved attainments
- Cancellation within 02 weeks before the conference - 100 % of the reserved attainments
