As the flat is situated in the house of the hotel City Central it is possible to use the full hotel service like for example laundry service (laundry, chemical cleaning), theatre ticket respectively concierge service, use of hotel facilities, 24-hour availability.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
For a fixed reservation an on account payment or credit card guarantee is required.
- Reservations for a 3 – 6 days stay:
On account or credit card guarantee for 1 day, cancellable without charge up to 7 days before arrival. - Reservations from a 1 week stay on:
On account or credit card guarantee of 30 % of the total amount, cancellable without charge up to 14 days before arrival. - Reservations from a 1 month stay on:
On account or credit card guarantee of 30 % of the total amount, cancellable without charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of stays extending one week the settlement will be made weekly.
The on account payment will be reckoned against the first bill.
If the reservation is cancelled after the free cancellation term, the on account payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
