As it does every year, the “Heringsschmaus” will take place in the Hotel Stefanie on Ash Wednesday, March 5th, 2014 - yet this time you can look forward again to an especially enjoyable experience.
In the ballroom of the Kronprinz Rudolph restaurant on March 5th, 2014, the restaurant and kitchen team will regale you with a large variation of delicacies from fish and seafood.

Traditional culinary delights such as classic herring salad, salmon pastries and terrines, as well as fine “De Claires”-oysters as well as down-home treats such as trout or carp come from the traditional cuisine of restaurant "Kronprinz Rudolph".
And everyone who prefers meaty delicacies to fish will also not come up short. Meaty alternatives at the starters or main courses can be chosen. All sorts of desserts and selected cheeses form the conclusion.
The culinary treats from the buffet will be accompanied by stylish background music on the piano.
