Should you decide not to compile your arrangement from our modules, we can do the work for you and offer the following rates for our pre-arranged packages.

The room rate forms the computational basis for possible cancellation fees.
Total consumption of food & drinks will be calculated against the room rental and will reduce the room rental by up to a maximum of 50 %.
- As of 10 booked appointments per calendar year
- 25 % reduction of room rental fee - As of 20 booked appointments per calendar year
- 35 % reduction of room rental fee - As of 30 booked appointments per calendar year
- 50 % reduction of room rental fee
Deduction of the rebate occurs after the acutally implemented appointments in the calendar year. You will recieve an equvalent credit voucher with the bill for the final seminar.

- Up to 4 weeks before the event no charge
- Cancellation 27-14 days before the event
50 % of rental fee - Cancellation 13-07 days before the event
75 % of rental fee - Cancellation 06-03 days before the event
100 % of rental fee - Cancellation within 2 days of the event
100 % of rental fee + 50 % of booked food & beverage volume
