Conference prices at your hotel in Vienna
We are glad to offer the following rates for our pre-arranged conference packages.
Please notice the minimum consumption for our conference room, independent from whole day or half day use fo the conference room:
- Salon Euro 500.00
If the above quotated minimum consumption is not reached, the difference to the food & beverage consumptions will be charged as room rental fee.
All our conference packages include:
- Qualified supervision by the team of Hotel Erzherzog Rainer
- Coffee breaks with freshly brewed espresso and assorted teas
- Lunch Menu at Restaurant Wiener Wirtschaft
- Conference room rental fee
- Technical basic equipment: beamer, screen, flip chart and pin board with pens, ballpoint pens and writing pads, meeting kit, internet for the lecturer.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the conference - no charge
- Cancellation 02 - 04 weeks before the conference - 50 % of the reserved attainments
- Cancellation within 02 weeks before the conference - 100 % of the reserved attainments
