The room rate forms the computational basis for possible cancellation fees.
Total consumption of food & drinks will be calculated against the room rental. As of a consumption charge equal to the room rental, the room rental is free.
Included in the room rental:
- Menus
- Table lights or candles
- Flowers in table vases
- Coat check
- Staff support for 5 hours of your event duration
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 4 weeks before the event no charge
- Cancellation 27-14 days before the event
50 % of rental fee - Cancellation 13-07 days before the event
75 % of rental fee - Cancellation 06-03 days before the event
100 % of rental fee - Cancellation within 2 days of the event
100 % of rental fee + 50 % of booked food & beverage volume
