The Naschmarkt, Vienna's largest inner-city market, is located on the Wienzeile in the fourth municipal district. While dairy products were mostly traded here during the 18th century, you can now find everything your heart desires there. Diversity & international flair at Vienna's Naschmarkt

Some 170 stalls, shops and food halls line up to form Vienna's famous fresh produce market, the Naschmarkt. Here you can find an intoxicating assortment of different foods such as vegetables, fish, meat, baked goods, spices and fruit. A flea market is also held here, alongside the regular produce market, on Saturdays.

This flea market in Vienna is the largest in all of Austria and real treasure trove of precious treasures. Vendors have to obtain a day-permit in order to sell goods there. As each vendor is only allowed to purchase three day-permits for selling goods on the Naschmarkt flea market per year, there are always new treasures to discover..

Flea Market in Vienna – opening hours

The Flea Market is open every Saturday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. Take a leisurely stroll through the flea market and rummage through the various stalls – you are bound to find something of interest. Some 150 traders and 200 private individuals hawk their wares here. And remember: the early bird catches the worm!
